ROY'S HAWAIIAN FRESH COCKTAILS

The Original Hawaiian Martini
Nothing says Martini like “shaken, not stirred” and Roy’s put this
delectable creation on the map. In classic Hawaiian fashion, our
Maui pineapples are infused in SKYY Vodka, Stoli Vanil Vodka and
Malibu Coconut Rum. Shaken and served with fresh pineapple.

ESCAPE
Roy’s Island Mai Tai
A 1940s classic with a contemporary Roy's twist.
A sweet blend of Puerto Rican White Rum, fresh pineapple,
triple sec and Myers Dark Rum for a flavor found only at Roy's.

Ginger Daiquiri
Fresh ginger and pineapple muddled with super premium 10 Cane Rum
and fresh lime juice, served traditionally in a martini glass.

Hawaiian Colada
An invigorating version of an Island classic. A perfect blend of
Montecristo Light Rum, Malibu Coconut Rum and fresh coconut purée,
with a hint of lime juice and mint.

Mango, Guava or Passion Fruit Mojito
Your choice of pure mango, guava or passion fruit purée blended with
Bacardi Limon Rum, hand-squeezed lime juice and freshly muddled mint.

Citrus Vo-Jito
Tantalizing blend of Ketel One Citroen Vodka with handmade lime sour,
freshly muddled mint and a dash of Rock Candy syrup.

Pomegranate Patrón Mojito
Tangy pomegranate purée freshly shaken
with Patrón Silver Tequila and mint.

Perfectly balanced blend of tart grapefruit and tangy
pomegranate with ABSOLUT Ruby Red Vodka,

Liqueur echoes the idyllic island lifestyle.

Sparkling Hibiscus
An awakening blend of Belvedere Vodka and Hawaiian hibiscus
nectar, with a large splash of Domaine Chandon Sparkling Rose.

Passion Fruit Pisco Sour
A perfect blend of Peru’s Barsol Pisco, infused with fresh
Hawaiian passion fruit and a sprinkle of nutmeg.

Lychee Caipirinha
Brazil’s national cocktail. Our version gets its flavor
from LeBlon Cachaca Rum and SoHo Lychee Liqueur
topped with fresh lime juice and lychee fruit.

The Mayfair
A refreshing version of the forgotten Mayfair cocktail,
featuring the botanical flavors of Hendrick’s Gin,
shiso and Japanese yuzu (citrus).
